The homecoming decorating committee will meet every day this week during enrichment in the pit.

 

Homecoming Week Spirit Dress Up Days:

Tuesday - Tie Dye Tuesday - wear a Tie Dye Shirt

Wednesday - Wacky Wednesday - get crazy

Thursday - TV show Thursday - dress like your favorite character from your       favorite TV show

Friday - Hollywood vs. Hillbilly - dress like a hollywood movie star or a hillbilly

 

CEO will be here this Thursday, January 30 during enrichment to talk to all sophomores and juniors interested in that program in the auditorium

 

 

NK Band Spaghetti Dinner/Raffle  Fri. Jan. 31, serving from 5-7pm, NKHS cafeteria

Tickets available from any NK band student/parent.  Meal ticket $5 for child 10 and under; $7 for ages 11 and above.  Raffle tickets are $5 or 3 for $10. We will be raffling off a 50” Smart TV, and you do not need to be present to win. Tickets are available from any high school and junior high band student beginning today, Wednesday January 15, and are due back with money on Friday, January 24. Thank you for supporting your North Knox Band students!!

 

The following students need to come to the office to pick up some information and sign the class shirt transfer from Jostens:  Andrew Fossmeyer, Connor Jones, Michael McClellan, Xavier Phillips, Blayne Ridgley, Mackenzie Schatz, Timothy Schulze, Cayden Smith, Matthew Wagner, Gabriel Whitson.

 

NKJSHS is now accepting applications for membership into the Warrior 2 Warrior Project.

The Warrior 2 Warrior Project is a student organization created to provide help and assistance to our fellow Warriors.

The purpose of the Warrior 2 Warrior Project is to provide students in need with such items as: school supplies, hygiene products, clothing, tutoring help, and etc.

 

Members of the Warrior 2 Warrior Project will assist in such tasks as peer tutoring, maintaining items in the Warrior Warehouse, and public relations.

To find out more about Warrior 2 Warrior, please sign up in the main office to receive an application form.

 

After School Tutoring has begun and will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:10 to 4:15.  There will be no after school tutoring on early dismissal days.

 

The Warrior Booster Club will be sponsoring free raffles and giveaways at sporting events this month (January.)  To be entered you must show your student I.D. and fill out a ticket when you arrive at the game. This is open to both Jr. High and High School students.  A $100 Buffalo Wild Wings gift card will given away later in the season.

 

Juniors:  Reminder that if you do not work 3 games in the concession stand your prom ticket will be $150.00.

All students received a new Extracurricular Consent form a week  because we need a new form from each and every student. Students need to get their completed Extracurricular Consent form turned in ASAPThose with no form on file will not be allowed to participate in Extracurricular activities including clubs and dances nor will they be allowed to drive to school.
